Terms and conditions

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have established terms and conditions. Below is a brief summary.

If you have any questions about the B & B, the surroundings or any other subject,please ask us!

Defects which are noted during your stay must be reported to us as soon as possible so we are able to fix them.

The use of coffee and tea is for free. Drinks from the minibar are paying cash before your departure.

This is a no smoking area. Outside smoking is permitted in the designated area.

Noise, alcohol abuse and trafficking and use of (soft) drugs are prohibited. Prostitution and other illegal activities are not allowed.

Guests are requested to respect the decor of the room. It is not allowed to move furniture and to furnish the room according to your personal taste.

We expect our guests to handle our properties responsible and with care.
Persons other than the persons staying as a guest without having permission from the Administrator do not have free access to the grounds, the house or the guest house.

It is not allowed to give the key of the B&B to other people
